By accessing or using Whenify ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Whenify is an event scheduling and availability polling tool that allows users to create events, collect availability from attendees, and finalise event dates. Pro users may also connect third-party calendar services.

3. Accounts

  • You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use Whenify.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Whenify to:

  • Send spam or unsolicited communications.
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service.
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service.

5. Pro Subscription

Certain features of Whenify are available to Pro subscribers only. Details of Pro features and pricing are described on the Service.

6. Third-Party Integrations

Whenify allows optional integration with third-party services such as Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the actions or availability of third-party services.

7. Intellectual Property

The Whenify name, logo, and Service are owned by Rhys Williams. You retain ownership of any content you create using the Service, including event data.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rhys Williams shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify registered users of significant changes by email.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
